Do you mean AMA Waterways?

Oddly - AMA Waterways started out as Amadeus Waterways. They ran into a legal issue due to Amadeus River cruises and had to change their name to AMA Waterways.

I sailed with AMA Waterways when they were called Amadeus Waterways.

I feel old. So yes, they are 2 different companies.

Amadeus River Cruises is the company offering the ships of Lüftner Cruises on the English-speaking market. In Germany it is Amadeus Flusskreuzfahrten GmbH. Lüftner is Austrian. The ships when I see them on the river look good with nice design. The interiors, from photos, I would say tend towards traditional with a slightly luxurious finish. They might have some videos available on either the English or German website, or both. In December a poster joined the community who was due to sail on an Amadeus ship. You could find that person with the help of the search button. Just look for Amadeus. They have not come back to us with a report. They might have written a review. The ships rate well on a German booking site, getting between 4 and 5.5 stars out of 6.
