Casino-mixed messages

Ok ,so I am putting my own money in for OBC to be used for different things, some of which I want to use in the casino (slots only). Can I use my OBC to do that without a 3% charge?

Which cruiseline?  I know NCL charges the 3% fee if you charge money to your room in the casino, no matter if you have OBC to cover it or not.  It's part of the upfront transaction, whereas the OBC gets settled with your onboard account.

 

You're better off bringing cash or setting up a line of credit with the casino which is settled via check on the last day.

Sorry, I missed that in your original post.  I don't think Princess charges any fees for casino withdrawal, so you should be good with using your OBC there.

I have never been charge any fee on Princess for charging chips to my shipboard account.

Princess allows passengers to take up to $ 3000.00 every 24 hours as long as you have enough credit on the credit card/s on your shipboard account.
