unable to link booking to view itinerary

Yes, been trying to do so for over a week. Tried to contact MSC CS and no luck either. MSC has the worst Internet/communications of any and all the cruise lines. Not JMHO, but this is true. I have tried all ways of trying to see my booking and even linking it. NO LUCK!! I know the booking is valid as it is confirmed on the MSC site.

Call back.  You might get someone who knows how to do it.  They had to put me on hold and call the tech dept. She said "there's no email on it", so it may be related to that. Good luck.
