SNJCruisers Posted February 18, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2019 One, Carnival has always prided itself with having one of the largest standard inside cabin @ 185 sq ft. Seems like it has shrunk to 158 sq ft on the Mardi Gras. Two, the Havana area on the Vista Class ships has a good size pool as well as two adjacent large hot tubs. On the Mardi Gras, it seems like the area is an afterthought along the side of the ship, with a smaller pool, no hot tubs and an additional 20 cabins. Three, what's up with the 1/9/21 sailing. No where to be found, could it be a charter?
bakersdozen12 Posted February 18, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2019 The Carnival website has been experiencing problems during the last week or so regarding itineraries that have disappeared for no reason. Try clearing your browser’s cookies and then search again. If that doesn’t work, you’ll just have to wait until they fix the problem. Or call to book. Now there is mission is to squeeze more people onboard the ship. this is why remove public areas on the destiny/sunshine, triumph/sunrise and victory/radiance to add in more cabins. The inside cabins on the Mardi Gras appears to be similar sizing to a inside cabin on NCL bigger ships. It is small and not as roomy as before.
