Galveston Hotels offering free parking and shuttle to port

We are sailing on Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas and need to spend a night before the cruise in Galveston.  Do any hotels offer free parking and a shuttle to and from the port.

Look for hotels on Galveston.com then call hotel.

Some offer shuttle and free parking, some charge and some offer neither.

Be aware that most hotels require a two night minimum, but check with individual hotels.

As Galveston Cruiser said, it depends on when you are cruising if the hotels require 2 nights on a weekend. Since you have a car it might be much less expensive to stay somewhere off the island and park at one of the various lots next to the terminal. Look at both options.

The list is not up to date.  As an example Coastal Dreams, Ave O B & B, Grace Manor and The Victorian  have  been closed for several years.

Ryson is a real estate management company and does not offer shuttle service.

 

Always check directly with a hotel.

I checked out the Hilton and the rate charged was much more than paying for parking.

All your full service hotels provide  parking and transfers to terminals with availability. Price and service varies with each provider . Do you’re homework .
