Duty Free Cigarettes

Yes as soon as you purchase them...They are yours!  Take em back to your cabin or find the smoking area and smoke all of them.  All kidding aside, Barb is still a smoker and we always purchase cigarettes onboard due to the low price...Even cheaper than purchasing on military bases with no taxes.

Per customs, it used to be that you can bring back 2 cartons per person, but getting off the Harmony Feb 10th, we had early departure, went through customs with 10 cartons for our party of four and nothing was said so I don't know if that rule (law) has changed.

Rule/law probably hasn't change.  They just don't care as much.  Not worth the time/effort to collect a few bucks when there are thousands and thousands of passengers to be processed.
