Favorite Restaurant in Willemstad

My wife and I will be in Willemstad in April and will probably just walk around town and see the sites ourselves. We are looking for suggestions on where to eat lunch at. I've done some research but I like to hear first hand stories. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Iguana Cafe, nice view food not so great. 

La Boheme in Punda is good, Mistral as well. Cafe Copacabana is in a cute courtyard and has good food, check out Scampi, Perla del Mar,  Dal Toro and Grill King in the Water Arches,  beautiful views and the food has always been good when we are there,  all my opinion as a person who lives here lol.

I can suggest Plasa Bieu in Punda for local food for lunch.

We love Governor de Rouville.

We really enjoy La Boheme and can't wait to go back in December.  Great food/drinks and reasonably priced.
