How long should I wait

I am booked on the Magic and we had one of our ports changed and I had a tour booked through Carnival. It has been two weeks since they have changed the port and canceled our tour but still no refund.  So I was wondering how long should I wait to see if Carnival credits my card before calling them, or do I have to go through my travel agent. I'd have called them already.  No harm can be done.

Since it is an excursion, you don't need to go through your TA.  I would call now.  The worst that can happen is that they haven't processed it yet and they will in response to your call.  As a point of reference, I cancelled an excursion booked with gift cards and had my refund gift cards in hand in 5 days.

I would give them a call. At least then you will know what is going on.
