Login on iPhone app

I can login and use the forum on my iPhone  if I open an internet browser.   If I try to use the forum on the app it won’t accept my password.   Help!

The app has not worked since the big upgrade in the fall. We are waiting for an updated app, but no date has been announced.

Thank you.   We’ve been traveling for 6 months and I missed that.

The developer of the app pushed an update about a month ago, but people couldn't figure out why they were still having problems using it. Just look at the App Store reviews. Several of them point out that it was recently "updated," but still unable to log in. Apparently, the iOS app is still using the old forum format and the developer pushed a routine update for that. If I remember, one of the Mods here said they didn't know why the dev was still updating it with the old format. Sounds like a lack of communication between CC and that developer. But they are working to transition the app over to the new format.

 

As a workaround, I am able to log in to CC through the Tapatalk app, even without logging in to Tapatalk itself.
