X App for Eclipse, When?

Was recently on Konigsdam and liked their app, but other things not so much.

Saw this on which X ships have app availability http://creative.rccl.com/Sales/Celebrity/General_Info/Celebrity_Cruises_APP.pdf

Anyone know when the Eclipse will get  app functionality?

On it for 3rd time next March.

May call captains club if no answers.

Checked w/ Captains Club and they didn't know. Most likely at next drydock scheduled for April 2020. After my cruise 😞

According to this it looks like all celebrity ships will at least have expedited boarding starting yesterday.

Small print: "The Expedited Arrival benefit is only available on select ships."

Assume that means Eclipse not included.

We were told that the app usage would expand ship by ship as they go thru the revolution dry dock. Apparently requires major upgrades to their onboard servers.

Just a FYI the Eclipse drydock was moved back to November 2020.

I got the April 2020 from a captain's club rep. A little more research did show this November 2020 is correct.
