Halifax Boardwalk Completed?

Can anyone tell me if the Boardwalk repairs/revisions have been completed? We were there last September and there was a lot of work going on.

I have not been there but I think there is a continuous path along the waterfront. The work going on is new buildings.

I was there last week, from the street as we drove by saw lot of construction still going on.  Last year there were many detours due to all the construction.

Guess I'm going to have to build in a little extra time to turn in my rental car and get back to the ship then.  Might have to cut one of the Titanic cemeteries.

This was walking on the Boardwalk, you do hit traffic, but not the kind I am used to lol

You can walk along Upper Water Street instead of going along the waterfront.
