Using airluggage.dk from Copenhagen Airport to pier

Hello!  We are on the Getaway 6/25 from Copenhagen and have booked airluggage.dk to handle our luggage from the airport to the cruise terminal so that we can do some sightseeing before we cruise.  

 

We are arriving at CPH from the US on an international flight.  How do we get our luggage back into terminal 2 for drop off after passing through customs?  Do we need to re-enter security?

Their website FAQ does not address coming through customs.  I was hoping for firsthand experience from someone who has done this.

We did this in the other direction, from the cruise terminal to the airport. Picked up the luggage at the airluggage office then went through security.  So coming off the flight, you will go through immigration, pick up your luggage and walk it to terminal 2. No need to go through security again. The office was on the second floor a few years ago. It took us a while to find it, but the transfer worked perfectly and was very convenient.  We loved our Baltic cruise on the Getaway.
