4-27 Getaway refunds?

In a similar situation in the past, the refund took 3 months. Remember, your request is in a queue with thousands of emails a day and will be worked in the order received. Once received, your requests goes through a couple of checks and approvals (looking for fraud) before the check is approved for printing,,, where it sits in another queue. Hopefully yours will get processed faster than ours.

I have heard nothing from NCL since I submitted my claim on May 19th, the day after I returned home.  I got an automated email stating they had received my claim, and a reference number.  Since then, nothing but silence from NCL.  Nancy
