What is the difference  between the 2nd and 3rd Bed configuration?

Are you booking a  family veranda? or a two room cabin like a suite? 

I think option 3 has to do with staterooms that have TWO SETS of beds. (Like a family cabin with two bedrooms or adjoining "family" cabins ... or a huge suite)

This is for a Concierge room (C3) on the Equinox. Room 9356 to be exact.

I get the same options for an inside.

I think the same options pop up irrespective  of the type of cabin you're booking.
