Symphony GS - Restaurant Questions

We're in a GS on Symphony in November.  How do we book CK reservations?  I thought I read somewhere that the concierge will contact us by email a couple of weeks before the cruise and ask about reservations, but I want to confirm that this is correct.  We're also interested in trying Wonderland.  Are we better off booking this pre-cruise or waiting until we get onboard.  We're Diamond if that matters.  Thanks.

You cannot depend on the concierge reaching out, it's not guaranteed.  I'd try contacting them via email sometime during the cruise before yours.

We have always got a email from concierge about 5 days before , have done 7 suites in last 5 years always got a email.

I was on Symphony in June.  The concierges will reach out to you during the week prior to your sailing.  They will make your Coastal Kitchen and Specialty restaurant reservations for you.  Just tell them the dates and times and they will accommodate you.

Thanks everyone.  I'll look for the Concierge email the week before the cruise.  My Wonderland question was whether we could get a better price onboard thru the Concierge or look for pre-cruise deals.

There rarely seems to be better pricing on board lately.
