I purchased the cirque show with dinner online if I decide onboard to cancel how do they reimburse me ?

In my experience they don’t refund items bought online. I wanted to cancel an online Laundry purchase and they refused.

I had no problem cancelling a shore excursion booked online.  Just sign on the website and go to my purchases.  It will list everything you have pre-purchased.  There is also a link under each item that says "cancel".  I did that and within 2 hours I had an email from MSC saying my purchased had been refunded to my credit card
