Magic Carpet dinner pre-booking?

For any of you who have already sailed on the Edge/due to sail on the Edge or are booked to sail on the Apex - have any of you been able to pre-book dinner  on the Magic Carpet?? When I say dinner I don’t mean when the Magic Carpet is stationed at Raw on 5, I mean dinner as in ‘Dinner on the Edge’ when it’s stationed on the top deck? Thanks in advance for your answers 🙂

I believe this can only be booked onboard, and reports have been that it's been sold out VERY shortly after embarkation, ie. in minutes or perhaps an hour.

'Dinner on the Edge' is very weather dependent. Wind became a bigger factor than they anticipated. So I don't think booking prior to the cruise is possible.

No one has reported pre-booking and it states on all of the info everywhere that it must be booked onboard. I wonder if the high level suites might be able to secure a spot when the shore concierge calls them a couple of weeks prior to the cruise to make bookings, etc. Though I was told they plan the nights of the Dinner on the Edge just prior to the cruise after looking at the weather predictions, maybe the upper suites can do a place holder booking?
