Naveron Posted January 30, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2006 I received my booklet with the form to fill in my preferences. I have been trying to do it online but keep getting an error message. Has anyone done this successfully? Or do you fax it?
CruisinMatt Posted January 30, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 30, 2006 I kept getting the error too. You can fax it or call them. My travel agent did it for me.
lord of the seas Posted January 30, 2006 #3 Share Posted January 30, 2006 Naveron, I have been trying for three days with no luck But hey,I'm not sailing until August.I think I will open a bottle of wine and slow down a little
Martita B. Posted January 30, 2006 #4 Share Posted January 30, 2006 Another suggestion is to fill out your paper registration form and simply mail it to Tessie Martinez at the Club dept. This is a "guarantee" and once Tessie receives it, all the information is on file. For your Seabourn NEXT voyage....... MB
LaPaloma Posted January 30, 2006 #5 Share Posted January 30, 2006 I had no problem about two ago--it was a little confusing, because you had to do the guests individually--I think I ordered my room booze twice for each of us. I got an immediate confirmation that the form had been received. A good amount of the info needed, had been held in my computer(not the booze order)--so filling out the form was pretty easy. In the past I have had problems getting the form up--that seems to have been solved.

Bruther Posted January 30, 2006 #8 Share Posted January 30, 2006 No problem here, registered a couple of weeks ago and got an immediate confirmation. If you sign-in to Seabourn.com most of the information is prefilled. This must be from previous cruises? Not sure, but the system does work. CruisinMatt Posted January 30, 2006 #9 Share Posted January 30, 2006 Not sure, but the system does work. For you it did. I was able to see all the pre-filled info as well, made my selections for drinks, beds, checked the agreement and then the error came up at the very end. Last year it worked fine. TootyJane Posted January 30, 2006 #10 Share Posted January 30, 2006 I just fill it out and fax it from work. I get my fax confirmation and am good to go. HTH Lisa :)
lord of the seas Posted January 30, 2006 #11 Share Posted January 30, 2006 I contacted Seabourn by email and gave them my booking number, they replied saying that they had checked the login and all was working, and when I tried again the system worked. I think what really happened was that someone plugged the computer in and all was well :D :D
Naveron Posted January 31, 2006 Author #12 Share Posted January 31, 2006 Thanks everyone. I called them and they gave me my "real" booking number. All went very smoothly after that. No problem using the online form.

bgood Posted February 2, 2006 #16 Share Posted February 2, 2006 Seabourn tells me that the most common error is a "time out" that happens after a set time on the form. It's a defense in case somebody's filling it out and the cat knocks over the fish bowl or something... If you have all your information ready, you should be OK--(I'm not saying you weren't prepared, understand...) bgood
BostonBrahmin Posted February 3, 2006 #17 Share Posted February 3, 2006 it has never worked for me. I think that is because I always attempt to do it before I get the booking forms in the mail. DD
Daneite Posted February 3, 2006 #18 Share Posted February 3, 2006 bgood, It was not a time out error for me, I have seen the little clock that gives you 15 minutes and it has never taken me anywhere near that long to fill out the form. Kathryn I have found that if you don't press the "abort" button, it can "lock up" the form, until reset. Host Dan
