Schiphol to Rotterdam transfer

In the planning stages for a cruise from Rotterdam.  We will likely be booking precruise hotels with HAL. Q: is there at transfer opportunity from Amsterdam Airport to Rotterdam?  We have used this on cruises in the Caribbean, but when we cruised the Baltic we made arrangements with The Dutch Travel Advisor.

We made our transfer through HAL in July.  They had a representative just outside of customs when we flew into Schiphol International in July.   They bussed us to our hotel in Amsterdam and then to Rotterdam the morning of our cruise.  Alternatively, we could have flown in the morning of our cruise and been met and taken directly to  Rotterdam .   It was easy and seamless.  

 

We we had researched using the train, as many seem to, but I don’t travel light and this being a first to The Netherlands I wanted easy.

Some of our roll call shared a private transfer which ended up being very economical.

 

While the train is a great, you do need to schlep and manage your own luggage so, unless you travel light it’s not fun getting on and off.

 

HAL offered a transfer when we were arriving in Rotterdam to Amsterdam.  They should be offering one for your hotel stay as well.

Pretty happy with these guys in the past. Trip from Schiphol to Rotterdam center takes about 45-50 minutes depending on traffic
