I will be going on an Island Princess cruise on 10/07/2019 going to Panama. I would like to know what activites are available on the cruise including what menus are available. A link would be appreciated.

The Princess web site will give you all the info you are looking for. Go to Google and enter Island Princess and check it out. Youtube has many reviews and videos also.

Look for your Roll Call and join that.  You might find other folks and even be able to consider sharing a shore excursion.  On board activities are pretty similar on all the ships.

If you search the Princess threads using "Cruise Director", you will find there is a thread where people try to keep it current with who is where.
