Time to Copenhagen Airport

Change that flight! It’s not impossible to make, but why stress yourself out at the end of a great vacation? Cabs are quite limited in the port area, and it’s about 45 minutes to the airport. It was almost 8 before they started the debarkation process on my July cruise. Computers were down at the Copenhagen airport which greatly slowed luggage check in. Then there was a shift change at passport control that required us to wait. My bag was pulled for additional screening when we went through security. We arrived at the airport 3 hours before our flight and only had time to go to the bathroom before boarding, and we flew the day after the cruise.

We had a 3:30pm flight with Delta.  Took the NCL shuttle there around 10 am.  Our gate was not even listed yet.  When finally listed took a long time and long walks through security and passport control.  Then because we flew into Barcelona (took the Epic cruise first) we had to go through additional security.  Just made the flight by the skin of our teeth.

IMHO a 1050 flight is cutting it awfully close.  As @Chigirlcruzin pointed out above, why stress yourself out at the end of what's supposed to be a relaxing vacation?

Our experience with Copenhagen dates back a few years (2016) but we took the NCL shuttle to the airport on a weekday.  Traffic was kinda heavy but our flight out wasn't until mid-afternoon so we weren't too worried.  The biggest hold up at the airport was trying to find our luggage! You have to wait while they stage it in a HUGE tent at the airport.  Depending on how many pax use the NCL shuttle busses you could be in for a long wait!

Hope you have a great cruise!

It's certainly "do-able". We were on the Getaway in July of this year.  We arrived back in Copenhagen on 7/4, did self-embark (carried all our luggage with us) and were off the ship at 7:30. There were many taxis and it took about 25 minutes to get to the airport. We were on British Air and their check-in counters didn't open until about an hour after we got to the airport. After checking in, going through security and then border control (get in the line on the far left - it's much faster) we were at the gate with enough time to spare to get a coffee at the little stand.

i personally think that's too close.

we flew home from CPH on a Sunday, using NCL's shuttle.  as a PP said, the luggage goes before you, it takes FOREVER to get off the shuttle, wander around for your luggage (our 4 pieces were not together either) and then when we got in the airport was a zoo and the conveyor belts were down so lines were at a standstill because they couldnt check baggage.  granted, that piece was a one-off thing, but id never book that early.
