#cough #cough - weren't you on her ??  Yeah, they wanted us to come along but other post early-retirment happenings got into our way.  Besides, we got a 8 nighters coming up soon down the boring, milky FL/Nassau route, again - a good deal all around.  Still, lurking on the Bliss with a last minute steal, if we can pin one, to check out the bells & whistles.  BIL/SIL checked in this morning once they got home, disembark was smooth & fine unlike last week - going to see them over lunch to chat about the good, evil and so-so ...  They are photo & video addicts - should be very interesting & informative of their ride coming back.  Weather wasn't all that great - chilly & rain - for them & they missed ports, got OBC issued & they prompty went duty-free shopping.   One of these days, we will do MSC for sure ... 

 

On topic - Dawn, she can come in & take over Pier 88 instead of 90 - Mera just left (after 10 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. due to safety ??) - near SOL now.  AIS has the Dawn at 13 knots, off Jones Beach, LI waters - that's another 3 hours or so before docking (2 a.m. ??)  ... what a bummer for folks on the Dawn vis-a-vis the planned itinerary.  That's mother nature, not much anyone can do - it is what it is ...

Looks like she is at pier 90 based on the AIS data

 

Pier 88 has Riviera and Silver Wind.

 

I wonder how many unhappy people they will be parking their cars on pier 90 rooftop and then the ship will return to the usually pier 88 in 14 days when the dawn returns
