Matlily Posted December 12, 2019 #4 Share Posted December 12, 2019 There are 7 ships in Christmas Day so I imagine most things will be open and might close in the evening?
jfslcruise Posted December 13, 2019 #5 Share Posted December 13, 2019 I emailed the beach resorts and a couple snorkel operators and they are all open. Furthermore, all the excursions on RCI's website were open so they are running as well.
Loucat Posted December 18, 2019 #6 Share Posted December 18, 2019 We have been in Cozumel on Christmas and we arrived not knowing what to expect. We had made a reservation for the day at one of the all inclusive beach resorts and had a great time. We were on an NCL ship and docked downtown. All shops were open along with other resorts. One observation we made from the ship is that taxis were not visible when we docked. It was later in the morning (around 10 AM) when we left the ship and grabbed a taxi to the resort. I was told that Christmas Eve is a big celebratory event so might be a factor in the late appearance of taxis. So, with 7 ships in port, this is another great opportunity for Cozumel to play host to so many passengers!
