Is there a way to see on the cruise planner that you purchased a soda package?

 

Can you cancel said package on the cruise planner or do you need to call?

 

Booked with a TA if that matters

You can cancel online.   There's a place in the planner that says order history

You have to log in on their website

Log into the cruise planner for the cruise you want to make the change to. At the very top, in the middle is button for order history. Click on that and you should be able to see your soda package.
