Walk to Emerald beach from Crown Bay

Many references on here on a preferred (sidewalks) route to get to Emerald from Crown Bay.  A map had been posted but seems gone now. Would the route be to walk to Nisky shopping center, then left on Moravian highway to Airport road, and left there to the beach.  Hard to tell from Google maps where the sidewalks are but that's my best guess. Anyone know?

Thinking we may do this too. For the 5 of us (two adults, then three kids 11,8,6) it would be over $100 just to taxi to a beach and back. Was thinking Lindquist Beach (Smith Bay) originally, but now considering Emerald/ Lindbergh. Kids want to snorkel, and it looks like Emerald has at least some fish to see.

Emerald Bay from Crown Bay Port should be about $4 pp one way.

I’ve walked from the airport to Crown Bay, passing Emerald several times. It’s short, easy , and safe with sidewalks most of the way.  Just pay attention to traffic like you would anytime you’re walking.
