Belle2002 Posted January 6, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 6, 2020 Just checking to see if anyone else is having issues getting an invoice out of princess I have called 3 times and still cannot get an updated invoice, I know about a month ago they were having IT Issues. Thanks No on invoice, but our flights were inadvertently cancelled last Friday when or TA went in to get costs of the flights for putting our total bill together. Thanks Did you book direct with Princess? Have never had an issue requesting one. What are they telling you? They always have IT issues. Belle2002 Posted January 6, 2020 Author #5 Share Posted January 6, 2020 Yes booked directly with Princess and all they say is it's going through I even gave them another e-mail address to send it to and nothing, the personalizer is not correct since I made some changes last week to the Best deal ever when I was on the Sky.
