Sunshine embarkation lunch

We will be on Sunshine in two months.  I know I read on here that they have the Mongolian wok for lunch, as well as the make your own pasta.  I know my kids would love these options and they will be super crowded later in the cruise.  I'm hoping they are an option for embarkation lunch the first day.  Can someone tell me if they are open the first day and where they are located?  Thanks!!

JiJi's and Cucina del Capitano were open for lunch every day we were on the Sunshine last year. They are located at the very back of the Lido deck. 

 

 

Also, There's a BBQ buffet on Deck 5 at Ocean Plaza on Embarkation day that was really good and not crowded.

Also, the Asian and Italian are omelette stations for breakfast.

Thank you all so much! This is so helpful.  Now I have lots of ideas of the best places to eat.  I'm not a fan of the traditional buffet.  I love that this board is so helpful

it's not really make your own pasta, you get a order form with what kind of pasta, sauce, meat, salad and it is prepared for you. Definitely one of the least crowded on embarkation day, not everyone knows about it
