Good telephone service from HAL

I just called HAL on an issue I was having completing my on-line checkin for 2 cruises.  This has been ongoing since Saturday, so I gave up and called the number on the top of the webpage. 

 

Was able to get a live person in under two minutes (having to go through 2 menus) and she was very pleasant and extremely helpful.  Issue resolved quickly for both cruises.  

Very professional, courteous, and efficient.  It was very nice getting to use someone who actually knew what they are doing over the phone for a change!

 

I have had many dealings with HAL employees, at all levels, over the years and have always come away impressed.
