Cape Town to Cape Town December 8, 2020

During past Regent Cape Town to Cape Town cruises there were day choice excursions to the following Game Preserves:  Hluhluwe, Garden Route, Botlierskop, Lalibela, Kariega, Pumba and Kwantu.

 

Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge about these day excursions?

We are also sailing on this cruise 12/8/2020. We will be in Cape Town for 4 days prior. Are you also doing this?

There is another thread on this Dec 8 cruise and it is Cape Town to Cape Town in Dec. The title does not include the date . You guys might want to join in on that thread. We would love to have you join in.

You would be better off creating or joining the roll call for your specific cruise then everyone on that boat who is on CC can communicate with each other and maybe arrange a Meet and Mingle during the cruise.

The credit is $125.00 US Dollars per person for the Dec. 8 cruise.

We are doing the 4 day post-cruise.  We are starting in Lisbon with a 3 day pre-cruise and then taking the 24 day cruise from Lisbon to Cape Town departing November 14.  The December 8 Cape

town to Cape Town cruise is a back to back cruise.

 

I previously joined and posted on the December 8 Cape Town to Cape Town Roll Call as  jhenry1 suggested.  However, I got no response there, so I also posted here.

Unfortunately it is not very active.  There is more activity here.  I noticed jhenry1 also posted here asking for information on excursions.

We did the Botlierskop Game Reserve Excursion. We loved it!

Carol, thanks for the comments on Botlierskop. I had it as a possibility on our list.

Carol thank you for information. For all under the Regent Roll Call section and Voyger there is a roll call for this cruise you guys might want to join.

I did hear the virus is somewhere in Africa. Hope this clears up prior to Aug when our final payment is due.
