BOA Cruise Rewards Points

We used lots of cruise rewards points towards the CRUISE FARE on our cruise that was cancelled for April 26, 2020. Does anyone know how RCCL is handling these since they canceled us? Are they returning the points to your account or giving you back the monetary amount? All I've seen on here is mention of points for OBC and we didn't use ours for that. Thanks.

Ironically the points we used for shore excursions they refunded as actual cash but so far I haven't received the points for the cruise discounts...

From what I have read on here you can transfer them to another booking but they will not put them back into your account

I was told by a Crown and Anchor rep yesterday that any points that were applied to your cruise stay with RCCL, but when you go to rebook, they apply them to the cruise.  I would also let them know that you have points available, if they don't bring it up first.
