mrs. z Posted April 7, 2020 #1 Share Posted April 7, 2020 We used lots of cruise rewards points towards the CRUISE FARE on our cruise that was cancelled for April 26, 2020. Does anyone know how RCCL is handling these since they canceled us? Are they returning the points to your account or giving you back the monetary amount? 2flacruisers Posted April 11, 2020 #4 Share Posted April 11, 2020 I was told by a Crown and Anchor rep yesterday that any points that were applied to your cruise stay with RCCL, but when you go to rebook, they apply them to the cruise.
