Thanks for posting the actual UK document. Even without a separate .uk website we here in the US can't get the UK T&Cs by clicking on the link you gave because it identifies the request as coming from the US and directs you to the US T&C. 

There may also be a separate UK guest contract. That would also be needed to see the complete picture.
