Royal Premium Suites

On the Royal are the forward Premium suite balconies usable at sea.  They look like they wind around to the front.  Thank you.

Hi,

 

last year we were in a balcony front facing cabin.

 

There were times when it was too windy to enjoy, but we also had sea days when we were able to use the large balcony during the day with almost no wind.

 

One evening the winds were heavy and there was no chance to use the balcony at all.

 

It also depends a little in how fast the ship is going.

 

When in port it was almost always quite calm on the balcony

The Premium Suites on the Royal class ships are our favorites suites.  The balcony is not forward facing, i'ts on the side and we never had any problem when at sea.  The premium Suites offer the best of both worlds.  A large forward facing window in the bedroom and the outside balcony on the side.

The Premium Suite balconies are not forward facing.  They are on the side.  The window is forward facing. The picture is a forward facing balcony cabin.

The balcony is covered.  It is narrow like almost all balconies on Royal class ships.  Long but narrow.

Looks like there are cameras or something just in front of the balconies on Aloha deck.  Do they interfere with the view?  Any issues with them?
