What Exactly Are These Pauses 1-3 & Time Frames

Are  there time frames based on these pauses 1-3 and what are they? Princess has not been clear in that webinar.  I've called customer service. I asked about these and the answers are generic and non committal

Any of TA's gotten an answer about this? Surely someone knows.

I'm not a TA but according to Princess' website:

Pause 1 is cruises canceled March 11, 2020
Pause 2 is cruises canceled April 14, 2020
Pause 3 is cruises canceled May 6, 2020

I don't think they are committing to any timeframes any more but keep saying that pause 2 and 3 will be easier and faster than pause 1 as they now have a system in place and more experience dealing with the complex cases. I have cancellations in both pause 1 and 2. I have nothing back for pause 1 sailing (March 14th) and pause 2 sailing hasn't even been cancelled from my personalizer so not holding my breath for that one. I honestly can not see any rhyme or reason to the way they are processing.
