shipgeeks Posted June 4, 2020 #1 Ā Share Posted June 4, 2020 When the quarantine started, the first thing I stopped bothering with was my mascara.Ā Over time, I've gotten used to seeing myself in the mirror without it. Meanwhile, all the female newscasters on tv seem to be wearing even more than they did before.Ā Some lower lashes even look like they are painted on the face. Is this my imagination, or are they making up for the amount of mascara, shadow, and liner that we aren't using??Ā Keeping the makeup companies solvent?? Rare Lois R Posted June 4, 2020 #2 Ā Share Posted June 4, 2020 Hi, maybe you are just noticing it more now but they were always wearing it the same way? (just a thought).

Rare Host Jazzbeau Posted June 5, 2020 #5 Ā Share Posted June 5, 2020 It's the "law of the conservation of matter":Ā The law of conservation of matterĀ or principle of matterĀ conservation states that the mass of an object or collection of objects never changes over time, no matter how the constituent parts rearrange themselves. https://www.nuclear-power.net/laws-of-conservation/law-of-conservation-of-matter/ Ā You're not using mascara, so the TV newscasters have to make up the difference.Ā Ain't science wonderful???
