Where was I?

Recommended Posts

my photos are taken by me or of me, taken by somebody else

I guess interesting/boring is subjective  - can't see anything wrong with rail lines myself.

yes picture posting, as I mentioned a while ago, can be tricky - hard to get the right balance between the absolutely obvious like Sydney opera house or Stonehenge (the UK one!) and so obscure that nobody has a chance.

Post a pic, answer questions to narrow it down if need be, give clues if asked - and lets all enjoy the game 🙂

I am alternatively intrigued and annoyed by this exercise.  Can I suggest a couple of rules?

1. Photos must be taken by the entrant

2. Photos must be interesting/scenic, not boring photos of rubbish bins, sheds and rail lines etc

3. One location guess per post

In some parts of the world things like rubbish bins, sheds, and rail lines, and many other commonplace things that you might class as boring, add to overall effect of the photo.

I have no objection to people using stock photos but only if they are of places they have been to.

Lake Tekapo - yes thats it!

Your turn...

Thank you. I remember the turquoise waters driving past on our way to Mt Cook  in March 2010. We were on our way to Wanaka and then to Milford Sound.

Privet drive, #4 is the Dursley's house and Harry's lodgings for 11 years.

You are correct. An easy one with answer in the photo.

Your turn.
