There’s now a new header on Azamara’s U.K. website regarding the transfer of customers data to the new owners SP Cruises Holdings Ltd, the full details are far too long to copy and paste here but this is the notice.

We are pleased to announce that an affiliate of Sycamore Partners has agreed to acquire the Azamara cruise line. If you are an Azamara loyalty member, have previously sailed with Azamara, or have signed up for Azamara’s mailing lists, or if Azamara otherwise holds your personal data, that data may be provided to a new entity, SP Cruises Holdings Limited, or one of its affiliates, as one of the business assets in this transaction. To learn more about Azamara’s privacy practices and what options you may have with respect to your personal data, or to find options for contacting Azamara about your personal data (including after the transfer).

The date at the end of this (learn more) which is what I get in Australia, is 10 August 2020.

US hasn’ t been update either.  Dated August 10, 2020 and has references to Royal  Caribbean Group.

I think the first paragraph, the part about Sycamore, is the new part – announcing the change that is going to happen soon.  Then they reprint the existing privacy policy, which was last updated on the date shown but remains in effect until the transfer is complete.
