Refund of cancelled cruise going to two different cards

I put a $500 deposit on my Amex card and paid the final on my sapphire Visa card. The cruise was cancelled. 30 days later the $500 refund showed up to my Amex card. Nothing on the visa. I guess I will wait a few days before inquiring to the larger refund on my Visa card. Anyone have this happen.

Refunds go to the cards used.  The processing of refunds doesn’t all occur at the same time.  Refund of deposit can be 1 transaction.  Refund of fees & taxes another transaction.,  cruise fare another so give it some time.  Also one of our credit cards was slower to post refunds than the other.

Be Patient it will happen some cards take longer  take care Aussie

I got the deposit back to my Amex one week ago. Today I got the remainder back to my visa. Refund complete.
