Does anyone know what the seating capacity of The Chef’s Table and Manfredi’s, is during normal times or before Covid restrictions?

Including the private rooms, best guess is each restaurant can handle about 75, give or take 5, so between 70 to 80 pax each.

Do you want the number of seats in the restaurant or the number of people typically served in an evening? They are vastly different numbers.
