Taxi POM

Is there any problem getting a taxi at Port of Miami to go to airport.

Pre-virus there was always a line of taxis waiting  there is a flat rate fare between POM and MIA that should be posted in the cab (should be about $28-30 + tip).  Still waiting for post cruise trip reports on transportation and other factors.
