romandog Posted August 2, 2021 #1 Share Posted August 2, 2021 I’m wondering if I can transfer my booking to my travel agent, if I’ve already booked directly. My agent was out of the office today, and I wanted to take advantage of the reduced deposits. I usually get some onboard credit from her, and carnival wasn’t offering any. Thanks for your help!! Rare BlerkOne Posted August 2, 2021 #2 Share Posted August 2, 2021 You can but there is a time limit on doing it. Once you transfer, you'll have to go through your travel agent for any changes, etc.
groundloop Posted August 2, 2021 #3 Share Posted August 2, 2021 Yes, you most certainly can. I did exactly that for my upcoming cruise because I wanted to lock in a really good deal and there weren't many cabins left. You'll have to call Carnival and get a PIN for transferring the reservation, then give that PIN to your travel agent.
Rare Saint Greg Posted August 2, 2021 #4 Share Posted August 2, 2021 I believe it has to be within 90 days of booking.

I thought it was 30, but the travel agent would know, and if they don't, I might find another.

Perhaps you are correct (or goccl is wrong) https://help.goccl.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3715/~/travel-agency-takeover-policy
