carer Posted August 10, 2021 #1 Share Posted August 10, 2021 I need to cancel a cruise, the p&o terms and conditions say this needs to be done in writing. I sent a letter signed delivery to p&o last week, now I read on their website that they are unable to process postal communications at the moment. I also tried phoning several times but you get cut off after two minutes as they are too busy to answer at the moment. Has anyone successfully cancelled a cruise recently, if so how did you do it? Harry Peterson Posted August 10, 2021 #2 Share Posted August 10, 2021 You’ve done the important thing by putting it in writing, though an email would also do the trick. Probably just a question of keeping trying on the phones, but others may suggest the best times. I’d usually try the minute lines open in the morning. Presumably you did book direct? terrierjohn Posted August 10, 2021 #5 Share Posted August 10, 2021 It has been suggested that you press the new booking option, that way gives you the best chance of getting a speedy response.
