Do you need to fill out a plf form for each country that the ship stop at? Our getaway will stop in Italy, Greece , and Croatia .

thx

Im 90% sure that you have to have one PLF for flying into Italy and one for the cruise that lists all ports...so just 2 forms...but each person has to have both forms...took 2 of us about an hour.

Really good question, was googling the same for my coming Getaway cruise.

Italy - Yes, for sure

Greece - Found out information from Royal Caribbean site that when Greece is only as port of calls, then PLF doesn't have to be filled - only if Greece is location for embarkation / disembarkation.

Croatia - There is an entry form but nothing mentioned about cruise ship passengers only visiting and leaving same day.

Today starts the first Getaway cruise from Rome so we will probably get answers after cruise. 🙂
