Does Celebrity still allow name changes?

We have a cruise booked with another couple.  It's not until June and one of them has decided not to go.  She wants to take her sister instead.  I assume this will not be a problem.

Trying to clarify.  One person of the other couple has decided not to go and it is in their same cabin?  So an exchange of one passenger in that reservation? Should not be a problem.  Just call them and wait an hour or more on hold.

From when I did it, one of the original names needs to stay on the reservation.  So if only changing one name of the 2 in the room should be no issue.

Thank you both. She’s holding off in hopes he will change his mind. It’s not that he doesn’t want to go, he doesn’t want to get vaccinated.
