How do I contact the Concierge to book a cabana at Barefoot Beach?

Recommended Posts

Good Afternoon,

We will be visiting Labadee in April 2022 (assuming things get better there).  We are lucky enough to be in Suite; thanks Lift & shift, and want to rent a Cabana.  From reading some older threads, it sounds like I should contact the concierge sooner rather than later, but I don't know how to do that.

Instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Tom

The Concierge will reach out to you about 5 days prior to the cruise.  That's when you will ask him/her to help you with a cabana.  Unless things have changed (entirely possible) the cost of the cabana will be charged to your onboard account (vs paying for it up front like cruise planner purchases).  Since the Barefoot Beach cabanas cannot be rented online, you don't have to worry about them being sold out by the time the Concierge contacts you.

If you are in a Grand Suite or above the concierge will contact you via e-mail about 5 days to a week prior to your sailing. That is when you can make reservations.

Thanks for the quick replies.
