I haven’t been on the Island in many years, well before the refit.  Does the Island have something like the International Cafe where you can get real coffee or specialty coffees?  Also do they have an outside smoking area?

Alas no IC but they do have a Patisserie for specialty coffees etc. I am wondering if they will have specialty coffees available on room service as they do on the Majestic.

No idea about smoking areas.

Almost certain there will be outdoor smoking area(s). One area probably will be on deck 15 by the bar & grill.

Real coffee is in the buffet and dining rooms.
