SPA treatment cancellation policy

Does anyone know the cancellation policy for a spa treatment?  I  could not find the info on the website.  And a related question: The shore excursion cancellation policy stated 24 hours before the tour start time - I assume that is correct?  Thank you.

I have always thought that it was 24 hours, but with all the changes etc., each ship could have its own cancellation policy.  Your dog is adorable.

Used to be 24 hrs..they will try to assist with another booking if needed..

 

Get any bookings, schedules, prices credits, etc  in writing.  They can be  "squirrelly"...

Yes. They say 24 hours but we recently found they were very flexible, particularly if we were re-scheduling and not actually canceling.

24 hours but they may be flexible.   They called me the morning of a hair appointment on a port day and cancelled because of a mandatory safety drill.   They rescheduled at a non-port day for the same discounted price.
