On the Hilton website, it says that the hotel is leaving the Hilton brand. Sounds like the hotel isn't closing permanently, but instead under new ownership?

Is it being done under new ownership, or just "no more day pass"?

I thought I sdaw a report the hotel itself had closed compoletely, not just leaving the Hilton brand.

I'm sure when the price for the hoyel gets low enough Jimmy Buffett will buy it up and roll it into his property next door.(and increase his beachfront)

We were in Nassau last month.  The whole hotel was closed.
