Galveston Hotel with Cruise Shuttle

I have never sailed out of Galveston. Anybody have recommendations for a hotel that provides a shuttle to port?

From what I'm finding, there isn't because the airports are pretty far from the hotels.

For a Galveston hotel, we absolutely loved Harbor House - it is literally right on the pier (no need for a shuttle if you can walk a short distance with your luggage).  You just walk about block and get on the ship.

This is what we are doing, we have a room booked at Harbor House after reading so many good recommendations for it.

Does Harbor House offer free cruise parking?

We did not have car (flight/Uber instead) but I found this on their website:

 

Guests who stay at the hotel prior to sailing may leave their car for the duration of the cruise for $15 per night.  Vehicles being left for an extended period (cruise parking) will be moved to Lot 2 at Pier 21 the morning of the cruise.

Thank you!  Just booked this hotel last night for a March cruise. Glad to hear it was a good choice:)

We did the Hampton Inn and Suites a few years a go.  They offered parking and a shuttle.  We decided to park near the port so we could get on the road sooner.
