Refund plus FCC?

Yes I will check with TA.  I got a refund and just got email for FCC.  For two cruises, both canceled. Could refund be for one cruise and FCC be for the other?

Taxes/port charges are refunded. Cruise fare would be FCC.

It’s for deposit.

 

$450 per person refunded to credit card (2 people)

$450 given as FCC to me.  Checking with spouse to see if he got one.

My FCC showed use by date of one year from cancelled cruise date. That should tell you which cruise.

Well yes I know which cruise.  I’m asking if anyone has been given BOTH a FCC AND refund perhaps by mistake.  I’ll talk to travel agent and Celebrity.

You said you had 2 cruises.  Depending on when cancelled you could get a FCC for one after final payment and a refund cancelled before.

Time frame?  NRD?  Refundable?

Cruise 1, 2020 September?

Cruise 2, 2021 also September

All cruises I pay for are non refundable deposit

OK.  Still not clear as a 2020 cruise should have been handled long ago.  Did you roll your deposit from that cruise to a 2021 cruise, get a refund, FCC or a combo of part refund and part FCC?

The rules are if X cancelled you get a refund or a FCC.  If you cancel with a NRD a FCC.  The rules also have changed depending on cruise date in the last year and a half.

Not trying to be rude, but that’s exactly my point.  Why am I getting this for a 1.5 year old cruise with a deposit that should have been moved to a cruise last September?
