Can you help with PLF please, Again problems

I have just been trying to complete my PLF for my forthcoming Iona Cruise but I can’t get the form to complete.

 

I get to the second section: Your dates of travel

 

Arrive: Southampton Docks

From: Spain

Ship: P&O Iona

Arrive UK : 05:03:2022 (March 5^th 2022)

Arrival Time: 08:00

Leave UK: 19:02:2022 (February 19^th 2022)

 

It fails: Review your answers

 

> You can complete this form up to 21 days before you arrive in the UK (yes that’s what I am doing, it’s next week 9 days time)

 

>Enter a departure date that is after the arrival date (How can I depart after I have arrived ??????)

 

So I put a leaving date after my arrival date and I just get the

> You can complete this form up to 21 days before you arrive in the UK message again and can’t complete the form.

 

I delete the optional leaving date but still get the

> You can complete this form up to 21 days before you arrive in the UK message again and can’t complete the form.

 

Am I doing something silly ????

Yes I know I am thick. 

 

" You can complete this form up to 21 days before you arrive in the UK" NOT 21 days before you depart.

Cruise is 14 days and departs in 8 days time = 22 days.

 

And the departure date is meant for people transiting the UK

 

Moan, I panic too much.

If you arrive back on the 5th, and today is the 11th, I calculate it is 22 days vefore your arrival, hence your problem.

I have just reread this, what I say below if the section in question is at or near the end of the form.

 

That should read, 

Arrive UK : 19:02:2022 (February 19th 2022) Or date of you're arrival back.

Arrival Time: 08:00

Leave UK:  05:03:2022 (March 5th 2022) Or any date past 10 days when you arrive back.

 

This section of the form is written assuming you're a visitor.

 

And as it has already been said it can be filled in 21 days before you arrive back.
